A woman and child on a park bench with pan tiled buildings to the middle distance.
Commentary
A rapid oil sketch in situ alla prima. A favoured subject of B Fleming capturing figures in a townscape, The ‘drawing with paint’ for the outline of buildings in thin paint is characteristic.
