Description

Narcissus in a blue vase against a blue wall.

Commentary

A classic subject for B Fleming, in a floral still life, likely painted from life, in England. Late career showing a stronger relationship with texture and thicker paint, with bolder colour choices and greater tonal drama. Probably 1970s.
