Description

A deserted farm with lawn to the foreground and a stone birdbath.

Commentary

Likely later, possibly 1970s. An even and undramatic palette suited to the pastoral scene. Possibly en plein aire in France. An unusual dimension. Also affixed a strung label re- peating title and address details plus NFS This piece was not for sale, at an exhibition possibly one of a number of pieces submitted, where selection was not a re- quirement.
