Description
A small farmhouse in the middle distance nestled in a valley surrounded by undulating hills, a mountain range in the distance and a prominent stand of trees to the right hand side.
Commentary
Strokes of primer are visible through the relatively thick over painting. Some elements in the middle distance hint at impressionism the directional strokes of the thick pale sky, painted from life suggest Barbara Fleming.
